BizzPush provides digital marketing solutions, including but not limited to WhatsApp Business API automation, chatbot integration, bulk messaging, and advertisement management. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use Policy

You agree not to use BizzPush services for:

• Sending unsolicited spam or fraudulent messages.
• Violating WhatsApp's Commerce and Business Policies.
• Transmitting illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Reverse engineering or attempting to exploit our platform.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with BizzPush are the property of BizzPush Digital Marketing Agency. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our platform for your business operations.

6. Limitation of Liability

BizzPush shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business reputation.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
